Charlotte Kitchen Finder / Privacy
Charlotte Kitchen Finder is a small directory. Here is what we collect when you ask for a kitchen match, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

This is a plain-language summary of how this site works today. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you use the request form we collect what you type: your name, email, optional phone number, business type, optional business name, preferred area, start date, monthly budget and any notes. We also record the page you sent it from. We do not ask for payment details, and please do not send any.
How we use it
We use your request to reply to you and to point you to kitchens that may fit. If you tick the box on the form, we may share your request, including your contact details, with kitchens that may fit so they can contact you. We do not sell your details to advertisers or data brokers. Kitchens or partners may pay us for introductions or referrals, and some links on this site may become paid referral links, which we will label when they do.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a private Google spreadsheet and sent to us by email through Google services. Only the site owner can open the spreadsheet. A kitchen that receives your request will handle it under its own practices.
Your choices
Email hello@charlottekitchenfinder.com and we will delete or correct your request. Deleting it from our records does not remove a copy a kitchen already received, but you can ask that kitchen directly.
This site
The site itself does not set tracking cookies or run advertising scripts. Fonts load from Google Fonts. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
